For the remainder of this document the treatment will be shown as 'the clients, clients, or client.
Payment Terms for Consultation
A non-transferrable, non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking. Any fee's taken (either by telephone, post or email) including by credit/debit card, bank transfer (CHAPS or BACS) or cash is non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Rescheduling Your Consultation
In the event that you cannot make your consultation the following fee's will occur.
£25 to reschedule if more than 48 hours notice is given
£50 to reschedule if less than 48 hours notice is given
All major credit cards are accepted (except American Express).
Late Arrivals / Absence
All Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of their treatment. If you arrive late for a treatment or are absent for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. In all such cases, the company has a strict no refund policy.
Payment Terms For Treatment

The remaining 50% treatment cost will be taken after your treatment.
Rescheduling Your Treatment Session
If you need to rearrange your session please give 24 hours notice, in this case there will be no rescheduling fee. Cancellations on the day will incur a charge.
If no notice is given and the client fails to show, the full treatment cost will be liable and the clients money will be lost. However it is at the discretion of Jalé's Clinic that if reasonably possible and subject to availability, we will endeavour to reschedule confirmed treatments within a 12 month period, subject to a minimum of 14 days written notice, however charges up to 100% of the treatment costs may apply.
Treatment & Consultation
For clients who have opted for treatment and consultation on the same day, prior photos and medical questions will need to be approved by the technician before treatment commences. If approved and the client wishes to go ahead with the treatment, full payment is required and non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made, due to the nature of our business cancellations effect us significantly. Jalé's Clinic has adopted a strict 'no refunds' policy in relation to the cancellation of any service provided by Jalé's Clinic. No refunds or credits will be paid irrespective of circumstances. Should you cancel with less than 14 days written notice a supplementary cancellation fee of 20 % of the total treatment cost will be billed for payment within 14 days.
We rarely cancel treatments, however we reserve the right to do so. Whilst we apologise for the inconvenience caused we do not offer any forms of compensation. In the event that Jalé's Clinic is liable to any extent under this agreement or general law, liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid by The Client.

Please read the above Terms and Conditions carefully. If you have any questions or queries with relation to the above, please contact us within 14 days. If we do not hear from you to the contrary, it will be deemed that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions.
Upon receipt of payment you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Jalé's Clinic set out in this document.
